No, all tickets are timed-entry reservations and must be purchased online in advance. Tickets will not be sold in-person. Nights will sell out in advance. We recommend purchasing your timed entry tickets early for best availability as capacity is limited.

• Pricing for the Enchanted Garden of Lights is based on the date of your visit. After clicking Buy Tickets, choose your visit date from the calendar to see the available ticket options.

No, Passholders do NOT need reservations* and are welcome to visit on any night included with their pass benefits by showing their pass to the greeter, including SOLD OUT nights.
*Passholders do need to make a reservation if using a bring-a-friend entitlement. See below for details.

• Silver Passholders: Silver Passholders can attend Enchanted Garden of Lights November 14th – November 26th.
• Gold and Family Passholders: Gold and Family Passholders can attend Enchanted Garden of Lights any night during the length of the event.

Passholders will login to their account to purchase additional tickets. Passholders will select a member ticket for themselves and then a standard admission ticket for their guest. Once both ticket types are added to the cart, any available Bring-A-Friend entitlement will be applied automatically at checkout. Passholders must be present with the guest using the Bring-A-Friend ticket for entry. Bring-A-Friend tickets must be used during the specified time period and do not roll over.

We recommend that you arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the admission time on your ticket reservation. This will give you time to park and walk to the entrance gate at the front of the gardens.

Guests cannot enter the park for the Enchanted Garden of Lights before their entry time. This includes access to inside food options and Santa. Restrooms available on ticket plaza. Starbucks is located across the street and has hot coffee and snacks. Please feel free to enjoy these at the Mockingbird Lane picnic area across the street or carry them into Enchanted Garden of Lights.

Yes, you may change your date/time up to two hours before your scheduled entry time. You can do this online where you purchased your tickets. Due to our dynamic pricing, you may incur an additional charge for any applicable difference between the original price paid and the current price for the new visit time.

Tickets for the Enchanted Garden of Lights are non-refundable. If you cannot make your visit date, you must reschedule within 2 hours ahead of your visit date.

The Enchanted Garden of Lights trail is not fully stroller and handicap accessible. Backpack or Front-style child carriers are recommended and stroller parking is available. A limited access / ADA trail is available to reach certain portions of the trail.

We are not offering any coupons or discounts for the Enchanted Garden of Lights for this season. Coupons for Rock City cannot be redeemed online, nor do we offer price adjustments due to coupons at the guest service window. Pricing for the Enchanted Garden of Lights is based on the date and time of your visit. To get the best deal, we always recommend purchasing your tickets at least a day ahead of time.

Yes! Santa will be at the Enchanted Garden of Lights for visits through December 23. Visit Santa in Carter Cliffs, the original home of Rock City’s founders. Storibox photographers will be on hand to capture the moment with a variety of photo packages available for purchase. No personal photography, please.

We have timed entry and limited capacity per night, so we anticipate crowds to be more evenly divided among most days. Tickets are ONLY available online and we recommend purchasing your tickets early for best availability and price.

No, these are separately ticketed events, and guests would need to purchase tickets for both the daytime and evening if they wish to attend both. Guests will be instructed to leave the park and reenter for the Enchanted Garden of Lights at their entry time.

No, a separate timed entry admission, purchased online specifically for the Enchanted Garden of Lights, is required for your visit.

Parking is always free up at Rock City. We have continued to expand our parking area in past years and have parking attendants assisting with parking. Now that we have moved to timed ticketing in recent years, we rarely run into issues with parking. However, on busy nights, we recommend you plan in advance to arrive at your ticketed time.
