Groups of 15 or more guests (20+ during Enchanted Garden of Lights) enjoy discounted admission, self-guided exploration at their own pace, and optional meal add-ons to complete the experience. Our dedicated group sales team is here to help make planning seamless from start to finish.

Group Visit FAQs
- One group leader is required to pay for the group 5 days prior to arrival
- Guests paying individually will be charged the regular retail rate
- Rock City is cashless; Reverse ATMs are available onsite
- Groups typically spend 1.5 – 2 hours exploring Rock City.
- Rock City is almost always open rain or shine, but we may have to close temporarily in the event of severe weather.
- We are closed on December 24th.
- All parking is free at Rock City.
- Bus parking is available in the left-hand parking lot as you enter.
- Please follow posted signs and operations partners directing you to parking locations.
- Call as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
- Cancellations made within five business days of the scheduled visit are not eligible for refunds on tickets or food.
