Request Donations
Thank you for inquiring about our donation process. Please read through the information below before submitting your request.
Due to the overwhelming amount of requests that we receive for donations, proposals must be completed online and will not be accepted by phone, fax, email or USPS. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but it is the only way to fairly distribute our funds.
Donation Item
If approved, the donation of one Rock City Family Voucher (2 adults and 2 children) will be emailed to the recipient. This pass has a retail value of $152.00
Donation Request Deadlines
Donation requests are reviewed bi-monthly and must be received by the deadline listed below. Donation requests will be reviewed and processed approximately 3 weeks after each deadline. Approved donations will be confirmed by email.
Date of Event and Deadline for Request:
- January and February – Deadline for this request is November 15
- March and April – Deadline for this request is January 15
- May and June – Deadline for this request is March 15
- July and August – Deadline for this request is May 15
- September and October – Deadline for this request is July 15
- November and December – Deadline for this request is September 15
Donation Guidelines
Please read before filling out the Donation Request Form.
- Donations are given to non-profit organizations only.
- Requests must be submitted before your event date’s deadline, as outlined above.
- The organization’s leader must be 21 or older to submit a request.
- Donations are limited per month and not guaranteed.
- Our donation will consist of one Family Pass (2 adults and 2 children) to visit Rock City on any general admission date.
