Due to the overwhelming amount of requests that we receive for donations, proposals must be completed online and will not be accepted by phone, fax, email or USPS. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but it is the only way to fairly distribute our funds.
Donation Item
If approved, the donation of one Rock City family pass (2 adults and 2 children) will be mailed to the recipient. This pass has a retail value of $116.00
Donation Request Deadlines
Donation requests are reviewed bi-monthly and must be received by the deadline listed below.
Donation requests will be reviewed and processed approximately 3 weeks after each deadline. Approved donations will be confirmed by email and the donation will be sent via US Mail.

- Donations are given to non-profit organizations only.
- Requests must be submitted before your event date’s deadline, as outlined above.
- The organization’s leader must be 21 or older to submit a request.
- Donations are limited per month and not guaranteed.
- Our donation will consist of one Family Pass (2 adults and 2 children) to visit Rock City on any general admission date.
