Rockin’ Employee Perks

Some special benefits and “perks” are offered to all employees of Rock City.  It’s our way of saying “thanks” for your hard work.  Some of our benefits include: 

*Free Checking Account with Suntrust Direct Deposit

*Passes to Rock City

Rock City employees, and members of their immediate family, are invited to visit Rock City free of charge.  We want employees to be proud of where they work, and what better way to do this than to be able to treat their family to a day at the park.  There are a few times in which employee passes are not issued, such as holidays, but most of our operating hours are eligible for this program.   

*Passes to Other Cool Places

Rock City has many pass programs with numerous attractions in the Chattanooga area, as well as, in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Atlanta, Knoxville, and Nashville.  These programs allow our employees either discounted or free admission to participating attractions. 

*Southern Highlands Attractions Pass

As a member of Southern Highlands Attractions (SHA), Rock City provides a free SHA pass to employees.  This pass gains the employee free admissions to visit a variety of attractions, including Ruby Falls, the Incline Railway, Biltmore Estate, and many more. 

*Employee Discounts

Retail:    25% off retail price 

Food:    50% off retail price at certain food locations in the park (employee must be on duty and in uniform). 

Fudge Kitchen:  fudge slices - $1.00 each; 50% off homemade candies; 25% off all other items 

*Direct Deposit

Employees may choose to allow Rock City to deposit their funds directly into their checking or savings account at any bank.    

**There are additional benefits available to employees classified as full-time.
